Victoria Schwartz worked as an Editorial Writer at Rabble covering politics and the law. While in law school, Ms. Schwartz worked at ICM Partners negotiating contracts and handling client intellectual property matters. She has further experience in copyright and trademark registration and protection from working at a boutique intellectual property law firm and her time with the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs. Ms. Schwartz also serves on the New York City Bar Entertainment Law Committee. She will join the firm as of counsel (pending admission to the New York State bar).
Ms. Schwartz received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with a professional concentration in Intellectual Property and Information Law.
