Cynthia assists Natter & Natter primarily in connection with litigious proceedings and has represented clients in the fashion, energy, technology and entertainment industries.
Cynthia’s experience includes extensive contract negotiation, drafting and conflict resolution. Cynthia also advises clients with respect to intellectual property rights appearing on the Internet.
Cynthia works with foreign associates to coordinate and supervise anti-counterfeiting efforts around the world.
Prior to joining Natter & Natter, Cynthia worked in an outside counsel role. Cynthia also worked as a labor attorney at Columbia University for many years handling a variety of employee and labor relations matters, including application of the University’s collective bargaining agreement (“CBA”) to several unions operating on campus, NLRB complaints, and FMLA-ADA issues. Cynthia has extensive experience mediating conflicts to resolve employment-related issues.
Cynthia received her B.A. in Political Science from Barnard College, Columbia University, and her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Cynthia is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
